About Us
Founder’s Statement
Before starting this brand, I wanted to make films (and I still do!) As a budding documentary filmmaker from Long Beach, California, I was drawn to stories about identity, community, and shared struggle. Each one of us carries so much history and culture passed down from many generations to the present. These stories are the bridges that help bring us closer together.
Fabric replaced film stock, but the mission stays the same.

Our Mission
We’ve heard the saying, it takes a village. We have been shaped by the people who raised us, mentored us, challenged us, and continue to stand by us.
The village symbolizes our responsibility to our communities, even as strangers. It means showing up, protecting one another, and celebrating each other. We believe that our differences are not barriers, but bridges for us to connect. What makes us distinct is what also makes us more powerful together.
We hope that our clothing can be symbols of belonging and the collective love we have for our communities. They are reminders that none of us stand alone and everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported.
At the end of the day, it does take a village. This is ours, built together.
Our Long-Term Goal
A village only works when everyone contributes. As we grow, so will our commitment to reinvesting in the communities that have shaped us. We are building towards initiatives rooted in mutual aid, educational access, and creative opportunity.
Our long-term vision includes:
* Funding community projects that create safe, fulfilling spaces for expression and collaboration.
* Establishing scholarship programs for young creatives, storytellers, and culture-builders from underrepresented backgrounds.
* Leading and supporting mutual aid efforts that provide direct relief and resources to communities in need.
The village pours into us, and we pour back into the village.
